AVOID this place if you can. My doctor was really good and did his part well. However this center's service is poor. First, they got my phone number and my emergency contact's phone number mixed up. So they were leaving voicemails asking my husband to come pick me up, on my own phone wich was in a locker in this hospital. Didn't even apoligize for the mix-up. then, the anasthesiologist was horrible. I had swollen lips, throat injury and was caughing up blood for up to a week while my actual procedure was not that bad. Then the next problem came in the form of negligence in their billing department. They kept sending me one bill with links and QR codes to pay at the Washington Hospital instead of their Outpatient Surgery. Also, the billing person Lupe H is so hard to get a hold of. She works only 3 days per weeks and does not respond to voicemails. They then send a letter saying they are transferring my account to collections. I had to write to two different departments and leave multiple emails and voicemails to finally get in touch with Lupe and to pay my own bill. So please avoid this place if you want a better service!December 9, 2024
