Just had my procedures done earlier. I just want to thank the staff from the check-in area to discharge for their wonderful, friendly, and excellent service!

Everything inside the building was well organized, but pickup and parking was confusing, and staff only made this problem worse.

The Staff is always friendly and helpful. I got lucky today with my IV working on the first try. Of course my favorite part is crackers and soda in the recliner, which means I’m about done and ready to go home. I’ve also had an overnight stay from a procedure as well, and again, great Staff. Food brought in from Panera for Dinner, pastry for Breakfast. As far as delays or anything you can’t blame them, that’s all on your Doctor and his or her schedule or unforeseen emergencies.

I can recommend this Hospital all the Doctor and Nurses are great, specially thanks to Md. Gabriel Herscu Md. Smith Neurologist Kaeloon. Md. Singh for taking good care of my Husband during the Surgery yesterday Aug. 23, 2018 and others staff God Bless all of you. And specially thanks to the good Nurse who take care my Husband for the second day stay at the hospital 6-West room 18-1 Meseret RN. Diana RN Jo RN who do the admission of my Husband yesterday 8/23/2018 Thank you all guys for taking good care of my Husband. 🙏🙏

I’m not only an employee of the WHHS family but we’re patients sometimes too. My daughter has had 2 surgeries in last 2.5 months. From entry to exit we have had wonderful care and that’s without the surgery center employees knowing I work within the same system. When it’s something as precious as your child you want the best. I appreciate all of you from registration, to pre and post op and the surgical staff . Thank you�

My son had surgery. The care from all the doctors, nurses and staff was amazing. We were in and out. Follow up was great as well. Next day our nurse, doctor and anesthesiologist called to make sure my son and family were all doing good. Fabulous first time experience.

The staff and nurses are awesome. They treated my children like they were theirs and made them feel very comfortable and reassured them that everything was going to be ok and that they would take good care of them.
